- Individual Coaching: Monthly training programs
tailored specifically to the client's goals and/or
priority events, focusing on building on strengths and
improving upon weaknesses.

- Lactate Threshold (LT) Testing: Carefully and
attentively administering LT tests in order to improve
one's power output and time at threshold. This is
critical in one's development as a cyclist, especially
a competitive one. LT is highly trainable once proper
zones have been established via a proper and exact LT
test and a training regimen designed for and followed
by the rider.

- One-on-one Sessions: The ultimate in attention and
focus. Many coaches merely assign training programs
and ask for input from their clients. By spending time
on the bike with clients, I am able to comprehensively
assess all aspects of a client's riding: on-bike
positioning and fit, breathing, pedal stroke, gearing,
balance/bike handling, and utilization of proper
muscle groups.

- Professional Fitting for Road Racing and Time
Trials
: Assessment of positioning and bike fit for
optimal power output, aerodynamics, proper breathing,
sprinting, and comfort on the bike. A professional, detailed
fitting is vital for cycling performance.
